3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success, clients must:

Supply necessary content and approvals to meet deadlines.
Ensure they own the rights to all materials provided to us for marketing.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content on our website is the property of Apex Marketing. Client-specific deliverables (logos, websites, etc.) become the client’s property only after full payment has been received.
5. Payments & Refunds
Fees and payment schedules are agreed upon before the project starts.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless stated otherwise in a specific written contract.
Failure to meet payment milestones may lead to the suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, Apex Marketing shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
