1. Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds for our professional services (SEO, Web Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.) may be granted in genuine and valid cases, including:

  • Services not delivered as outlined in the signed project agreement.

  • Project work not started within the promised timeframe without a valid reason or communication.

  • Duplicate payments or technical billing errors.

Each refund request is reviewed individually by our management team.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel after work, research, or strategy development has already begun.

  • Performance-Based: Dissatisfaction based on specific results, market performance, or ROI, as marketing outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.

  • Client Delays: Delays caused by a lack of client input, missing content, or delayed approvals.

  • Third-Party Costs: Any advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) already paid to third-party platforms is strictly non-refundable.

3. Digital & Creative Products

For specific digital deliverables (Logos, Brand Kits, Website Templates):

  • Eligible: If the initial file delivered is corrupt or significantly fails to match the agreed-upon brief.

  • Ineligible: Once the final source files have been downloaded/accessed, or if the request is based on a change of design preference after approval.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request, please email apexmarketing908@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and business name.

  2. Transaction ID or proof of payment.

  3. A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer within Pakistan.

5. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Apex Marketing (SMC-Private) Limited after a thorough review of the project logs and communications.
